Reatherm Ltd. are NSAI approved installers and distributors of the Majsterpol System.We are certified and audited by NSAI and registered with the SEAI.
External Wall Insulation is a process where we wrap your home in what we like to call an ‘insulation blanket’. When using external wall insulation to insulate your home, we effectively add a new insulated ‘skin’ to the exterior of your home. It offers by far the simplest and most reliable solution for improved insulation performance.
The Majsterpol system is approved under NSAI Agrément CERTIFICATE NO. 19/0411 . You can view the certificate on our certifications page
Most wall types are suitable for external wall insulation, with the exception of a timber structure. Under the Testing method used by the NSAI, no timber wall types are certified. This means that under the SEAI grant scheme, if your walls are timber you will not be eligible for the grant.
Our standard system meets the SEAI requirement of a U value of 0.27.
On most houses and depending on weather conditions, the Majsterpol insulation system can be installed and finished in 7 – 10 working days.
The Grants are available for everyone or more importantly to every house, from once a whole house solution is achieved. To find out more about grants visit our grants page here. External wall insulation Grants
- Apartment/mid Terrace – €2,750
- House Semi-Detached/end Terrace – €4,500
- Detached House – €6000
Additional grants are available for multiple measure including heating boilers and controls upgrades, attics and solar.
The home-owner needs to do this, however we will guide you through this if you would like to get in touch. There are 2 ways of applying for Insulation Grants. You can do this online or you can apply by posting an application form. If you apply online you will get a much faster response rate.
